Larimer Associates and its partners own and manage a diverse investment portfolio of commercial real estate that includes retail, office, parking garage and restaurant properties. While we invest in all property types, we have particular expertise in mixed-use, specialty and neighborhood retail properties, and use that knowledge to create and add value through superior management, repositioning and tenant recruitment.
