THREE NEW RETAIL TENANTS OPENING ON LARIMER SQUARE THIS FALL
October 2011 : :Larimer Square announced this week the opening of three new stores, children’s boutique Nest, lingerie store Nicolette, and women’s clothing store Apricot Lane. All three shops will all be open by mid-November, in time for holiday shopping.

HANGAR 2 LOWRY WELCOMES MONTESSORI CASA INTERNATIONAL
October 2011 : :Larimer Associates Lowry property, Hangar 2 is opening a 1,691 square foot Montessori Casa International, an immersion school that emphasizes a dual language teaching method, switching between Mandarin Chinese and English. The school will become part of the 110,000 square foot property in the historic Lowry landmark.

May 2011 : : Hangar 2 Partners, owners of the Hangar 2 property in Lowry, announced today the schedule of the new weekly Hangar 2 Farmers Market (H2FM). Hangar 2 will host the market starting Saturday, June 11 and continue every Saturday through September 17. The H2FM will offer Colorado produce, locally made cheeses and breads, artisanal gifts and other micro sourced items.
