Waldmann brings more than 20 years of real estate experience and management to Larimer Associates. Prior to joining Larimer Associates, Waldmann was senior real estate manager at CB Richard Ellis & Trammell Crow where she managed more than 1.8 million square feet of retail, office and warehouse space. Notable properties under Waldmann’s direction were The Village Shops at the Landmark, Cherry Hills Marketplace, Bowles Crossing, and Marketplace at Northglenn. Waldmann joins the short but notable list of Larimer Square general managers, including visionary developer Dana Crawford, Susan Spencer-Cantwell and Vostrejs.
